A peaceful Pond said to be formed during some of the first celebrations of the winter season. The bells and ribbons are from the decorations she often finds around her pond during holidays, prompting her to wear them in hopes to bring the holiday cheer to all she meets. Most magic she tends to use are often to manipulate the snow around her to entertain the young with dancing flakes, or to entertain the elders with shapes in the night sky.
She's the 'friends first judge later' type of gal. While it leads her to befriend those who may not be the best to be around, she defends those she calls her friends until they personally give her a reason to pull away. Jasmine is always there to be a shoulder or an ear, or even a snuggle buddy should her friends need the close comfort of a friend.
It's rare that this pond ever gets angry. At least that is what is believed, as none have ever seen her anything other than quietly content.

Starry skies, Winter, Holidays, gift-giving, playing in the snow, shooting stars
~Dislikes~
Fighting, seeing her friends cry, hateful words/actions, storms
~Personality~
Sweet and caring towards nearly everyone. Is rarely (if ever) angry, and is more than willing to give everything she has to make others happy.
